Mission

The mission of the Greater Cleveland Chapter; NECA is to provide electrical contractor members services, information, resources and assistance which will permit them the opportunity to reach business success.

History

The National Electrical Contractors Association was founded in 1901 at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, NY where a major display of electrical power had been installed. The groups purpose was to join together to reform and improve the industry.

The Greater Cleveland Chapter was incorporated in March, 1945 and currently serves 40 Electrical Contractors in the region. Over 100 years after its inception, NECA and the GCC chapter are still thriving to improve the electrical contracting industry and our member’s businesses.
